Thursday, December 1, 2005 ThE JERSEY JOURNAL 17 OBITUARIES HARALD AUNE BEACHWOOD Services for Harald Aune, 76, formerly of Bayonne, will be Saturday at 7:30 p.m. at CarmonaBolen Home for Funerals, Toms River. He died Monday at Talwoods Nursing Home, Bayville. Born in Norway, he lived in Bayonne for 15 years before moving to Beachwood. Aune was a barge captain for Michigan Atlantic of New York.

He was a member of the Norwegian Seamans Club of Brooklyn. Surviving are his wife, Rita; four children; two brothers, Olav and Inge; four sisters, Birgid, Aud, Vigdis and Elinor; and four grandchildren. EFYMIA PROKOPENKO JERSEY CITY Mass for Efymia (Krulikowska) Prokopenko, 81, a longtime resident of Jersey City, will be Saturday at 10 a.m. at St. Anthony of Padua Church, Jersey City.

She died Tuesday at Meadowlands Hospital, Secaucus. Born in Poland, Prokopenko lived in Jersey City since 1960. She was a housekeeper. Surviving are a son, Gregory; two daughters, Stephanie Pucowski and Helen Prokopenko; two grandchildren, Michele Temples and Michael Pucowski; and two great-grandchildren, Jacklyn and Sebastian Pucowski. Riotto Funeral Home, Jersey City, is in charge.

PATRICIA ANN BOYLAN SECAUCUS Mass for Patricia Ann Boylan, 59, a longtime resident of Secaucus, will be tomorrow at 10 a.m. at St. Francis Church, Hoboken. She died Monday at Meadowlands Medical Center, Secaucus. Born in Jersey City, Boylan lived in Secaucus for many years.

She was a homemaker and worked as a free-lance beautician. Surviving are two sons, David Wilenta and Christopher Boylan; three sisters, Jayme Heir, Mary Anne Cunningham and Victoria Tiombino; her mother, Josephine (Mroz) Wilenta; two brothers, Victor and Michael; and two grandchildren, Emma and Audrey. Failla Memorial Home, Hoboken, is in charge. MARY CARRELLI SECAUCUS Mass for Mary (Spagnola) Carrelli, 84, of Secaucus, will be Saturday at noon at St. Ann's Church, Hoboken.

She died yesterday at Meadowlands Hospital, Secaucus. in Summit, she lived in Hoboken for 60 years beforemoving to Secaucus in 2003. She was an employee of Keuffel and Esser Instrument Company, Hoboken, before he retired. Surviving are a daughter, JoAnn Griffo; a sister, Elizabeth Miracle; two grandchildren; and a son-inlaw, Joseph Griffo. Failla Home, Hoboken, is in charge.

FRANCESCO CALABRESE HOBOKEN Services for Francesco Calabrese, 90, a longtime resident of Hoboken, will -be Friday at noon at Hoboken Gospel Chapel. He died at home Monday. Born in Monte San Giacomo, Italy, Calabrese lived there before moving to Canada in 1950. He lived in Hoboken since 1960. He was a painter at Stevens Institute of Technology, Hoboken, for many years.

He was also a selfemployed barber for many years before he retired. He served in the King's Cavalry in Italy. He later served in the Italian army during World War II, and was awarded a medal for his time as a prisoner of war in Germany. He was a member of Hoboken' Gospel Chapel. Surviving are his wife, Concetta (DeVincentis); a son, Carmine; two daughters, Annette and Mary Calabrese; three brothers, Charles, Michele and Pietro; a sister, Anna Spina; and a granddaughter, Daniela Franca Italo.

LAMONTE ALEXANDER LUNDY JERSEY CITY Services for Lamonte Alexander Lundy, 60, a longtime Jersey City resident, are today at noon at Watson Mortuary Service, Jersey City. He died last Thursday at the Jersey City Medical Center. Born in Brooklyn, Lundy lived in Jersey City most of his life. He was a manager for Tavent Parking Company.

Surviving are his wife, Lavinia Stephens-Lundy; two goddaughters, Akearah Judge and Ninha Simone; and many nieces, nephews and other relatives. PEDRO DESCHAMPS WEST NEW YORK Services for Pedro Deschamps, 78, of West New York, will be tomorrow at 11 a.m. at Jorge Rivera Funeral Home, North Bergen. He died Tuesday at Meadowlands Hospital, Secaucus. Born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, he lived in West New York for 34 years.

Deschamps was a laborer. Surviving are two sons, Anthony and Jose and four grandchildren, Jose Claudia, Weena and Nescioel. PEDRO OSCAR FLORES UNION CITY Mass for Pedro Oscar Flores, 80, of Union City, will be today at 10 a.m. at St. Augustine's Church, Union City.

He died Tuesday at St. Michael's Medical Center, Newark. He was born in Havana, Cuba. Flores was an inspector for the Union City Department of Health. Surviving are three friends, Sergio Ramos, Fernando del Campo and Sonia Machado.

Durkin, 89, formerly of Jersey City, will be private. He died at home day. Born in Kingston, N.Y., he lived in Jersey City before moving to Hubert, N.C. Durkin was a bus driver for 40 years for Hudson Bus Company, Jersey City. Durkin also worked as a commercial artist.

He served in Army and the Marine Corps, and was a World War II veteran. Surviving are his wife, Marie Amberson; three daughters, Dianne Meade, Maria Coston and Jacqueline Durkin; two sons, Gordon and Robert; a sister, Vera Carroll, of Jersey City; and nine grandchildren and six greatgrandchildren. GLADYS KOPPELMAN BAYONNE Services for Gladys Koppelman, 74, a lifelong Bayonne resident, were yesterday at BernheimApter-Kreitzman Suburban Funeral Chapel of Livingston.

She died at home Tuesday. She worked at Acme Check Cashing of Elizabeth for several years. Koppelman was a member of Congregation Ohav Zedek of Bayonne. Surviving are her husband, Bennett; a son, Irwin; three daughters, Fran Friedman, Rona Kessel and Judy Levitan; a brother, Arthur Shulman; and 10 grandchildren and three greatgrandchildren. Mass for Mary (Bonner) LoBuono, 81, formerly of Bayonne, will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at St. John's Church, Leonia. She died Sunday at St. Luke's Hospital, Jacksonville, Fla.

Born and raised in Bayonne, she lived in Carteret from 1957 to 1992, when she moved to Green Cove Springs, Fla. LoBuono was an operations management and retirement benefits counselor for New Jersey Bell Telephone, and was listed in the 1985-86 Who's Who of American Women. She was a member of the Sacred Heart Church for the past years, singing every week, including last Sunday. She was a food pantry volunteer and a literacy teacher. Surviving are her husband, Joseph a daughter, Joan Major Zang; a son, Joseph a sister, Bernice Bonner Shulman; and three granddaughters, Mary Caroline Major, Dana Marie LoBuono and Emma Camille LoBuono.

Matthew's Lutheran Church, Jersey City. She died Sunday at Beth Israel Medical Center, Passaic. Born in Enterprise, Fitch lived in New York before moving to Jersey City in 1960. She was a telephone operator for New York Telephone and then for. 16 years, retiring in 1984.

Fitch also was the administrator for the Barrow Mansion for five years. She was a lector and served on several committees at St. Matthew's Lutheran Church, and was a former Girl Scouts leader of Troop 318 with Bethesda Baptist Church, Jersey City. Surviving are her children, Mona Frances, Angela; Marcell, Anita, William and Marcus J. Fitch, and Joyce M.

Barnes; two friends, Lydia and Joseph Brown; 13 grandchildren and 15 greatgrandchildren. Introcaso -Angelo Funeral Home, Jersey City, is in charge. Mass for Antonio V. Fulgencio, 62, of Jersey City, will be Saturday at 10:30 a.m. at St.

Anne's Church, Jersey City. He died Tuesday at the Jersey City Medical Center. Born in the Philippines, he lived in Jersey City for the past 22 years. Fulgencio was an electrical engineer at West Hudson Hospital, Kearny, for the past 18 years, and at the Jersey City Medical Center for three years before that. He was a member of Operating Engineers Local 68 of West Caldwell.

He was a communicant of St. Anne's Church. Surviving are his wife, Noemi (Morado); two daughters, Maria Therese Weizer and Amabel Ryan; a sister, Rosario Fulgencio; brothers, John, Cecile, Francisco and Tomas and two grandchildren, Sarah and Benjamin Weizer.
